Manage my subscription
This page is for customers with a subscription for the Bitergia Analytics Platform. There are different ways to have a subscription, and each has a different process for managing the subscription.
Managing your subscription includes the option to cancel the subscription, update payment information, get invoices, and see upcoming renewal dates.
If you subscribed online with a credit card, you can use the Customer portal to manage your payment methods, check your invoices, and update or cancel your subscription.
If you signed a contract and were invoiced, you can email administration@bitergia.com with requests to change or cancel your subscription.
